I wanted to give a bad review and return the product because it fell off every time my cat tried to lay on it. But before I did that I decided to look for alternatives to suction cups to make them work better and I stumbled upon the savior of this product! Take a pea-sized half of the hand lotion and coat the entire bottom of the suction cup (all 4!), then place it back on the window and let it dry for a few minutes and that's it! It is so easy. Now my two cats can walk on it, lie on it all day and it won't fall off.
