I enjoy spending time outdoors, so I've been a FORTOP customer for a while. However, I've recently been dissatisfied and irritated by their customer service. When I received the camping tent I had ordered from their web site, I saw that the cloth had a tear in it. In an effort to get the problem fixed, I phoned their customer service department, however I received poor and unresponsive response. They were slow to respond, and I had to wait days before I heard anything new. When I did get a reply, it was unspecific and didn't deal with the problem at hand. They didn't appear eager to accept blame for the flawed product, and they didn't seem eager to find a remedy either. I had high expectations for FORTOP's customer service staff as a devoted customer. I am reluctant to make another purchase from their online store because of their subpar customer support. Although I value the high caliber of their products, I also think that providing excellent customer service is crucial. Unfortunately, my recent interactions with FORTOP have indicated that this is an area where they can do better.
