What it does best is data gathering and reporting. It also has a nice interface that can be very easy for your employees to use. We do not have much problems with this program but sometimes I feel like there is not enough time set aside for a call to be made when needed. This program allows you to track all aspects of the business as well as help you identify potential issues in order to find ways to improve them. Easy to use in both front and back end. Flexible enough to do things you weren’t expecting. The support team does a great job of responding to issues and questions quickly. It would be nice if there were more training material available to help new users get started with instrumentation and deployment. We have been able to find an area of our application that was not being monitored by other products and it has really helped us make great improvements.
