Review on 🚿 Moen S1001 Collection: Chrome 8" Razor Thin Rainshower Shower Head - The Ultimate Shower Experience by Andrew Pierceson

We used a cheap shower head that came with the house when we bought it 21 years ago. We have incredibly hard water so I felt like I was constantly cleaning it to allow water to flow through it at all. It worked. but certainly nothing more exciting than that. I wanted to upgrade to something nicer but was concerned our water pressure wouldn't be enough to justify a more expensive shower head. I went for it anyway, and boy am I glad I did. First, it's huge. Think about the size of your plate. It just screams high quality - the finishes are superb, everything feels solid and delicate. My teenage son installed it for me and he said the installation was very easy. I'm pretty sure the shower would feel better if we had more water pressure, but it's still pretty great. It's too early to tell how it will perform in our hard water, but after a month it's still going strong. I haven't done anything to clean it at the moment and I don't feel like it needs cleaning at the moment as I can't see anything other than mineral deposits. (On our old one, I usually saw light deposits after a month, and I usually put it off for a few more weeks before cleaning it. After about three months, it was impossible to wait.) So whatever it was, really how Self cleaning works. I will update if that changes.
