The HR Solutions team was very knowledgeable about our business as well as their own practices. They were able to quickly learn what we needed to know, and they also had an excellent grasp for how new changes in our industry would affect the future of our workforce. It's great that you can have someone from another firm help with your organization if you need them for any reason (such as a vacation). I wish there could be more time spent on developing relationships with each employee. We felt like we didn't have enough time with each employee, so it was hard to really build those long-term relationships. I think they are doing a good job of growing their client base, which is important for retaining employees.
