I bought several of these to put on the underside of my desk. I wanted to get the power, network, audio, etc. cables off the floor for the various electronic devices I use. These shelves are beautiful and durable. Made to a high standard, there were no burrs, sharp edges, etc. on the frames. The black finish is nice and even and didn't chip or chip when I installed the racks. The stands come with lots of screws and washers to attach them to the underside of my desk. I found a long Philips screwdriver for my drill and the magnet holding the screw/washer in place made installation very easy. A drilling template is included in the box to aid in drilling screw holes. The seller had the foresight to email a PDF file with installation instructions the day after purchasing the shelves. Shelves can withstand a lot! There was enough space for power cords, network cables, etc. I even plugged in a few power adapters and everything fit in without any problems. The design makes it very easy to insert and remove cables anywhere you want. All cables are raised off the ground, manageable and out of sight. It was a great purchase!
