I purchased this item to safely carry extra cash on a trip to Italy. It arrived in time for me to test it out in the safety of my normal everyday routine at home. I wear front close bras and have a smaller sized bust. This worked well for me for cash. I put 5 bills folded in quarters and wore it around all day under my clothing. No problems or fear of it coming undone. The velcro was pretty sturdy. It was so comfortable I forgot it was there. I also wore it attached to my underwear above my upper thigh. Worked there also but not as comfortable to me as I felt it whenever I sat down. Good option to hold a small bills. I am not sure I would want and ID or credit card in there but it would fit.
