Firstly, depending on which color you order, you will get different feedback. Second, I liked 1 enough to buy 2 more. Each came with a pen. The sides are removable (good!). So if you spelled something wrong and can't hide it by moving the photo, you can always unscrew the folder and remove the page. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because the front photo (a) was very difficult to glue, had to be cut and shaved and still ripped the inner pocket a bit and (b) didn't have a clear cover to protect the inserted photos of shelf wear.
