The best thing about the design: it is extraordinary, the mechanics are very high quality. But that's the best of what's already been said. Definitely don't try to use it as a phone headset: the microphone is absolutely useless. I even sent it back, B&O checked it again and found nothing. So the lousy microphone is not defective, it should be so that the interlocutor can hardly hear you. Earset 3i (wired), even Earset 2 (10 years old!, old bluetooth) is much better for communication. The H9i is different, it's a headset, but there's no better sound to listen to or a better microphone to speak to. One would think that a newly developed device like the headphones in question would be better: no, they are much worse. And all the other reviewers here wrote (Cables too short, too heavy, with too much friction, awkward buttons on the remote, battery life, uncomfortable to wear, etc., especially the PhotoGraphics review is worth reading. I regret that after decades of following B&O : this one is worth not buying.
