Review on 🚗 Z-OFFROAD Upgrade 4-1/2 Inch LED Fog Lights for 2006-2014 Ford F150 F-150 - Enhanced Visibility and Compatibility by Bill Gomez

I've checked them several times, but I've always been skeptical about improving the output. I walked through a few stores and stopped by when it was time to change the lightbulbs. Installation was very easy and these fog lights now provide better visibility than my headlights. In earnest. A good cut-off that doesn't blind other drivers, a wide angle, and they look good overall. It's also nice that they're a nice glossy black when off, rather than the factory chrome bezel. To install, remove the old ones by removing the set screw on the back, then use a long flat head screwdriver to pry up the tabs on the left and right side of the light, remove the bulb and slide it out. The attitude is exactly the opposite. I have two comments/advice for installation. 1) Terrible driver side access to adjustment screw (THIS IS ON FORD, NOT NEW HEADLIGHTS). An attentive bit driver makes this much easier, but still a little tedious. Turning the steering wheel all the way to the right gives you good access from the wheel arch or just slip under the front bumper. The passenger side is a breeze. 2) I would just reuse stock hardware. The included spring and screw are much longer and I'm sure they offer more adjustability and stiffness, but it makes installation more difficult. For me, the factory springs and shorter screw made installation easier, and luckily I didn't have to adjust the length of the factory screw. The included spring is much stronger and I tried installing it using needle nose pliers to compress the spring just enough for it to go in and it flew when I slipped. Luckily they provided extra screws and springs. Good move by the seller. TLDR: Buy this. If you have stock halogen headlights, these fog lights are literally better than your headlights.
