This is my favorite Sherpa. My daughter doesn't sleep without one and some of them zip up to the top of her neck. It has buttons at the top and a zipper in the middle. The shorter zipper length was better for her skin. I've already bought two. I like quilted cotton because it's still warm on the inside. For children I think it is necessary because they are too small to regulate their own temperature in the beginning!
