So I must have read the description wrong. I started using calligraphy for fun, and thought it'd be even more fun to send letters on fancy parchment like you see in old movies. (After all, if I can't actually be Elizabeth Bennet, at least I can write to my friends and pretend.) So I ordered this, and was surprised when it showed up and is completely see-through! Clearly Jane Austen wouldn't have wasted paper by using stuff she could only write on one side with! I now use it as a placemat that I set the other parchment paper I got on. It wasn't worth it to ship back, so I decided to make the most of it, but if you're hoping to write fantastical letters like they did in the old days, this is not the stuff.
