I'm quite young so can't say much about how it works on scars older than 10 years, but I had fairly severe hormonal acne coupled with bad ones in my youth Choices (anything late night makeup parties, dollar store makeup, washing my face with soap, you know) that left me with a lot of scars on my cheeks and nose.
