Still looking for warm light and quality.
I was disappointed with the replacement of incandescent bulbs with LEDs. This can be effective, but the light itself is harsh and most often has a flickering, headache-inducing effect. Suitable for some applications, but not for quiet zones. The price was fair. It doesn't darken well. I'll update my review and deduct two stars. In two weeks I've had two LED bulbs fail. Garbage.
Pros
- Safe alternative. Don't worry if the 3W G14 bulb breaks or needs recycling. Unlike fluorescent lamps, CFL lamps, incandescent lamps and halogen lamps, these LED lamps contain no mercury and do not emit harmful gases.
