We bought a purple and black 16 inch ladder. The black ladder has a nice handle that folds in and out. It folds very easily for storage and carrying. It has more holes in the plastic, making it less durable than the purple ladder, but it's still great for getting a quick sit down or for increasing height. The purple ladder has a harder plastic finish, which helps make it more durable . But the handle doesn't fold as conveniently as the black model, so it's not as easy to fold for storage or carrying.
