Why buy a scale that tracks your weight?

This scale uses an app to track your weight and BMI. I have been using the FITINDEX bluetooth body fat scale for over a year. I had no problems with the scale. My weight was the same when I weighed myself at the doctor's office. I bought this scale for our other bathroom. I tested these two scales on different days and they both weighed the same. I recently took the time to review my weight over the past year. I usually try to stay within the 3 pound window. Lately, I've felt guilty about not weighing myself when I knew I wasn't eating right or not exercising. My weight was slowly creeping up, so I decided to set a new limit. I weigh myself around the same time every morning when it's raining or the sun is shining. I can say that it affects my eating habits as well as my tendency to skip workouts. I know I can record my weight every day. Like it's gonna happen Visual charts in the app are much better than the list view. I know some people don't like to weigh themselves every day, especially when trying to lose weight, because they find the ups and downs daunting. In fact, you can weigh in and track without looking, as the beeper will signal your weight has been recorded, then look back when you're ready.
