This scale uses an app to track your weight and BMI. I have been using the FITINDEX bluetooth body fat scale for over a year. I had no problems with the scale. My weight was the same when I weighed myself at the doctor's office. I bought this scale for our other bathroom. I tested these two scales on different days and they both weighed the same. I know some people don't like to weigh themselves every day, especially when trying to lose weight, because they find the ups and downs daunting. In fact, you can weigh in and track without looking, as the beeper will signal your weight has been recorded, then look back when you're ready.
