I'm 6ft 0" and jump between 225 and 235 pounds. I ordered size XL and the cycling shorts fit perfectly. this will make it work I made this purchase because it was only $25 and I thought it was a killer deal. Cycling shorts are a great bargain here. Good product and very comfortable. Overall, I award 4.2 out of 5 stars.
