Just discovered the problem with this HDMI cable is that the cable box signal is not detected when the TV is on. We just recently updated the box with a new TV, so we figured that was the problem. nope Turned off the boxes and also tried other TV out sources to troubleshoot the TV and all worked fine. Then we finally figured out that if the TV is on and we get a "weak signal or no signal" message, just unplug and replace the HDMI cable (which requires unplugging the TV to access HDMI) and that's it Well.
