My fault - I should have read the measurements and should have taken the time to measure our baby pillowcases too. One of our baby pillowcases could probably fit two of these pillows without too much hassle. I only have one so I can't try. But the pillow corresponds to the dimensions given, so the stars don't disappear there. Just check what size you really need, especially if you already have pillowcases at home that you're trying to fit under your pillow. Where she lost her stars is that while she looks fat and fluffy, she's too soft. Also because of a small baby's head, it loses its shape and becomes flat, which clearly made him uncomfortable.
