I bought this case for my new Samsung Galaxy Tab A. It was transferred to USPS and therefore arrived a few days later than expected. The screen protector does not stick firmly to the screen, it has bubbles or air pockets, so it sometimes takes several "rolls" to change the screen. The footrest is too difficult to open. I broke my nail trying to open it. I have to use the handle of a letter opener to open it. I decided to take it off and see if I could smooth out the air pockets and because the two pieces were so tight the key combination was pressed which caused my tablet to restart when I tried to take it off. Since I had the tablet for less than 2 weeks, it really made me panic. I will probably buy a silicone case and a screen protector. I've had this combination before and it worked great. I'm actually afraid to take it off because I don't want my tablet to restart again. I wanted a strong, durable case, but this one is intimidating.
