These are the only wipes I trust for my daughter's overly sensitive buttocks. Eco By Naty is really gentle. She has allergic reactions to her own feces; Let me repeat that. My baby's skin is so sensitive that she's allergic to whatever comes out of her. We have to make our own cloths and grouts to avoid red bumpy burning buttocks and this is our fallback. do you need more Good. Don't wash them off. They are compostable, not washable. They still smell slightly, but not perfumed.
