With Windows 10's dual display feature, two monitors really are better than one for a desktop. My main computer (A) has two HDMI outputs. Works great with two monitors. Another desktop computer nearby (B) also has two HDMI outputs and also works perfectly with two monitors. However, I only have two monitors and there is not enough space on my desk for more. I need to share monitors between computers, one computer at a time. It requires TWO of these HDMI switches. They are cheap. Each switch supplies power to one monitor at any time and can switch its input to any of the desktops. If BOTH switches are set to Computer A, dual monitors will display Computer A very well in dual monitor mode. Similar to computer B. To switch from one computer to the other, the only trick is to press the buttons on both switches at about the same time. It works well in Windows 10. Let's look at Windows 11. Or maybe I just need a bigger spreadsheet.
