The ease of use, the ability for employees across multiple sites to access it remotely and being able to implement as needed without having large teams working together. I would like to see more integration with other web-based tools such as Slack or Zoom so that we can continue to deliver our message at-least once during business hours in addition to remote meetings. It enables us to have a presence online 24/7 which allows staff members from different locations to get through important messages and alerts regardless if they are away from their desk, even when there's no internet connection available.
