While you can say it's my fault for losing my keys, you're 110% right. However, prior to this purchase I have never lost my keys in my life. This product is a fake brand I should have just gone with. Trying to put keys together with oversized mini tools is so difficult that your situation looks more like a mess than before. reliability is lost. The metal looks like I could break it, not bend it but break it - poor quality. If it hadn't taken me so long to adjust the keys to the damn thing, I'd blame myself. But after struggling for about a day (too long for installation, btw) I assembled everything; lumpy and weird, so tight I have to pull out the key to open the door.
