Best in non-reflective hardware

I bought these to use as reflectors on a telephone pole to protect my to mark rural house difficult to see at night. I was hoping they would reflect the headlights so I could easily see my driveway on a dark night. In dry weather they reflect slightly, but in rain they do not reflect light at all, which is a waste of money!

Equipped with 2 mounting holes on the back of the safety shield, not visible from the front (mounting hardware not included)
