Very poorly made, cheaply made. It started tearing when we put my daughter's dress on to try it on. Once we put it on it fit well. But the material is torn like paper. Never washed (may fall apart). When I then carefully removed it, it tore even more. I tried to sew it back on and wherever the needle went through the fabric it pulled even harder.
