Review on Splashtop Business Access by Joshua Albright

I like that it allows multiple computers to be used at once without being in front of each other with everyone using their own computer, but still able use all features as if we were sitting together (ie video conferencing). It's really annoying when you're trying not only help out your coworkers or friends who are stuck working from home by remotely assisting them through something they can't do themselves - such issues include troubleshooting problems while also making sure everything seems okay before leaving so there isn’t any confusion upon my return! The biggest issue has been getting people familiar enough w/the service itself since sometimes its hard explaining things over text & audio alone- which was our problem prior too this new system :) We've solved most communication obstacles though having someone sit beside me & assist us helps immensely now vs needing 2 separate offices.
