This is a really nice, heavy duty rack. It's really adjustable in height and width. You will need a socket set and a wrench (not included) to assemble. It has locking nuts, so you can only fully tighten them once, so be aware of that. One person can assemble it, but I would recommend two people carrying it due to it's weight and bulkiness. The instructions are not super clear, and the bolt assembly on the base isn't correct. you will need to use "a" instead of "b" in one place on the instructions. Overall, it's very nice, but I docked it a star for the instructions. We shall see how it holds up.
