When I bought the Rubbermaid Freshworks Saver I didn't know it didn't have a green drain shelf. Rubbermaid is a great company so I decided to give it a try. Needless to say, I was so surprised at how he kept my fresh spinach FRESH. I put fresh spinach in this container two weeks ago and there isn't a single wilted leaf. I no longer have to worry about the drain/filter bottom. I am completely satisfied and very satisfied with this product. I buy a lot of products RFS keeps my products much longer than expected. Berries also don't spoil as quickly in RFS containers. Sometimes I just cook a lot of food for a week and my cooked food stays fresh too. I have original RFS containers and now use these (which are cheaper) and both. COVID has forced many of us to use our money wisely. This is a great addition for the wise shopper, chef, and cook in any family.
