Review on 🧥 Columbia Women's Benton Springs Fleece Jacket: Ultimate Warmth and Style by Aaron Cruz

I would like to start by saying that this is my second jacket of this type and I really like it. I only bought a second one because my daughter borrowed my first one and lost it. When I received this jacket everything looked normal. I opened it up and thought it smelled a little funny, but thought it was the plastic sleeve it was wrapped in. The next day I took it out of the closet to wash it and found that there were cough drops and pieces of dried flowers in the bag! So not only did they send me a used jacket, they didn't even bother to clean the pockets which tells me it wasn't even cleaned or sanitized prior to resale! DISCOVER! I am very disappointed in this situation. I am a core member of Amazon and do most of my shopping here. I have never experienced something like that. Nowhere in the description does it say used. I will file a complaint.
