This stand was very easy to assemble. It probably took 30-45 minutes to put all the parts together. It looks very nice but is a little wobbly but it could be my bathroom tile or it could be a shelf I'm not sure. Not wanting to mess around with disassembling the whole thing, I just took a wood colored sticker and stuck it over the dents to hide them. on a budget or don't plan to live in this place for too long then I think this is a good choice. If you're going to be doing it for years to come, I'd invest in something more durable.
