Monitors do not show up on computers running Windows 10/MAC OS Catalina

I don't usually leave reviews for things I'm happy with. But this will be an exceptional case. I bought this dock because I was tired of cluttering up cables and having to switch to different dongles every time I use a different laptop. I have two 27" Acer XF270H connected to available ports (one HDMI and one DisplayPort) and both computers failed to detect monitors. I used an old monitor that I had lying around with HDMI and neither computer could recognize this monitor either. My MacBook Pro can charge and see my iPhone when docked. That's pretty much all you can make of it for now. My windows pc was able to see that the dock was connected to the laptop but that's about it, I'll update this review after some more testing.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
