I was pleasantly surprised that it came in heat resistant ziplock packaging. If you look closely it has a clutch at the top (shown) and at the bottom when you plug in/unplug the SATA head. Attention to detail really sets me apart from the competition. I needed to retrieve data from two old desktop computers over 10 years ago and couldn't load it from their hard drives. It's 2021 and USB 3.0 is the new meta. Do yourself a favor and grab this to transfer all your drives. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Solid 10/10.
