When I inherited my mother's potbelly stove, it was covered in layers of dust from being stored in the attic for over 50 years. I could see it was used a lot by her grandmother. I want to take care of it and not do anything that might damage this beautiful antique. I am pleased with the new look it has after using the cast iron scrub and conditioner. In fact, I only cleaned a small part of the oven because I didn't know if it would stay shiny and if it would damage the oven. So far, so good. I'm not tech savvy enough to know how to send an image.
