Love love love these lanterns! My family and I used them right after my mom's dinner and it was amazing and beautiful how they flew out and headed towards the sky which was still lit up until they disappeared. Lanterns gave me a wonderful spiritual connection with my mother. I also like the prayers written on the lanterns which give them a lot more meaning. They were pretty easy to use. 2 people for each lantern works better. Light up each corner of the fuel source map, let the air fill the lantern and release it. It's a beautiful sight. and yes, make sure you are in a completely open field with no trees, buildings, or power poles. Much luck
