I also bought a large KES towel rail with a shelf (it's good). I wanted something closer to the guest towel sink. It arrived fully assembled and I just checked to make sure it wasn't broken or dented when it arrived and put it aside while my bathroom renovation was put on hold (due to a number of issues). My return period has expired or I would have exchanged this item. Considering the price I was unhappy that the bracket on the right side of the shelf was not square as shown in the photos. The shelf is level, the left bracket is level and the right bracket slopes down on the outside just enough to be noticeable. According to other reviewers, I used my own quality anchor on the right, and managed to land over the hairpin on the left. So it's permanently installed and not going anywhere. Seems sturdy and I like the style. Just disappointed in the shaky build given the cost of this item.
