Comparing with Bose QuietComfort 35 II, which I use in parallel. The sound of Bose is more even and neutral, the sound of SH is not for everybody. The fit is comfortable, but Bose is slightly better on my ears - I sometimes sit in headphones for 8 hours, Bose gets tired less. The charge is quietly enough for 2 days of 8 hours of talk and music. The bluetooth-headset part is simply magnificent (it is impossible for Bose to have a curve) - it confidently picks up throughout the apartment, confidently connects to anything, you can hear me and me very well. There is a lack of an off button (turning your ears every time is inconvenient). The touch control works haphazardly - you have to get used to it. It lacks a number of small buns that Bose has - for example, report the charge when turned on, report the name of the device to which it is connected, and so on. Noise reduction is less aggressive than Bose, but also spoils the sound less.
