I needed some time to recover from the surgery and finally settled on this wedge. This is ONE pillow, not two or three pieces as shown in the photos. You can twist and turn it into different shapes, but they are two attached wedges that cannot be separated. As a "bonus" there is a long castor that helps with sitting between the bed and wedge around corners. The foam is comfortable and doesn't have a terrible smell like some. The price for these was good and I really wanted two, so I ordered a simple, inexpensive wedge for the legs. This is a beautiful comfortable facility. When I got home from the hospital I slept like a baby. Together they were much smaller than the $150-200 three and four body puzzles I've researched. The biggest issue that led to the star being removed was that there was no additional coverage for her. It comes with a white lid that gets dirty quickly. I still have a month to go. I'm experimenting with the idea of using cheat sheets to solve the cover problem and will update when I get here.
