Size 4 and 7 are shown in the picture. Very cute - they arrived on the day of use so they were a little wrinkled from the packaging. They would be absolutely perfect if given time to straighten. You never know how accurate reviews can be but I would highly recommend this dress to anyone looking for something cute and simple for photos or a wedding. I would say go by size when ordering - in my case my toddlers were almost no 3T and 6X so I went up in size - but if your toddler fits comfortably in the middle of his size I would definitely be True to Size stay.
