The best part about flow is their customer service support team they are very nice people who want what's right for us! There was no dislike but if there were i would say it has nothing because this program helps me so much more than any other programs out there.

I am able to do my job easier now that everything is automated through flow from sending invoices all the way up until paying employees when we receive them back! I like how it allows for all parties involved (HR/Payroll) as well employees themselves have access if they want too! It's very easy once familiarized myself but at first was not so user friendly!! Once learned though this can be an extremely helpful system especially when we use other services from Salesforce & Energize HRMS together such that our Paycheck process goes straight into payroll without manual intervention needed by both departments. !
