I've been using Merlin since it was released by Oracle as part of its acquisition of Talend last year. At that time there were many issues with this product and they had some very poor customer support which really did not help at all! However now things are much better - but only because we have improved our own approach internally so that any problems can get resolved quickly. We find everything about their products easy to use, reliable and robust; in fact sometimes it's hard to think what else could possibly go wrong if something does happen!
