I have a luxury Sherpa travel bag for my pet and needed a replacement bag liner. These pads fit, but they are not the pads that Sherpa came with the bag. The liner supplied with the bag contains a rigid stabilizing panel that fits inside the faux lambswool pouch. These replacement pads are soft and do not provide stability/bottom of the bag. So it's like putting your pet in a regular padded duffel bag. These pads are also fully enclosed so you can't insert a stabilizing board. Also, the velcro on the bottom of the pads doesn't line up with the velcro strips inside the bag, so they don't attach to the bag and stay in place. Otherwise, the mid-size replacement is the same as the original, so it will work if you have a permanently attached stabilizer board to your bag. If you don't have a stabilization board attached, this isn't the insert you need. After doing a little more research, I contacted Sherpa directly and they shipped me a stabilizer board insert for free - no questions asked.
