I was thrilled when I discovered this pillow at Revain. Given the high reviews, I figured it would replace the 3 pillows I currently use (leg pillow, body pillow, and stomach support pillow). This pillow is the perfect length and L-shape to give your feet great support, but there's a big problem. This is the way to thin/narrow. If you put your foot on it, the cushion is not wide enough. This will raise your leg up and lie on the bed. Those of us who suffer from back problems NEED our foot to be supported and aligned. If not, the pillow will not help us, it will only cause more pain. I don't have a box big enough to return this pillow now that it's fully expanded. So I stuck with it and $40. So if you have back problems this pillow is not for you.
