Causes an insane razor burn when used dry

I've been looking for a battery powered wet/dry electric shaver and found this one. It was at a decent price so I figured it wouldn't hurt to try. To be honest I haven't had any luck with more expensive electric razors so I don't want to spend a lot these days lest I get so angry when they don't work well. I don't shave my legs very often (maybe once every 3-4 months) because I'm paralyzed from the waist down and it usually takes too much effort. So when I shave, I have to use an electric razor to cut most of the hair and then I use a regular razor to get a closer shave. This razor was well shaped to be held and controlled and to my surprise it delivers a very close shave unlike most electric razors I've used in the more expensive categories! I was shocked by this and honestly don't think I need to use a regular razor after using it. The problem is that I get severe razor burn when I dry shave. So I'm not entirely sure I'll be using it for dry shaving again. I can't feel my legs so I don't know what hurts until I see the razor blade sting! I added a picture so you can see the burn I got from her. I'm not sure I'll ever use this for my armpits or bikini line because of this fact. It was less than $10 so I shouldn't have been expecting anything amazing but it cut my 4 month old leg hair just fine. my hand and then he hits me. It has its pros and cons as you can see from my review. I'll probably still use it from time to time simply because it's nice that after a shave there's no need for another shave as the shave is so close!

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • I really don't like it, it's ok
