These are my first blue light glasses and I can already feel the difference. As a teacher, I already had a lot of screen time, but hybrid/online learning added to that. It was starting to strain my eyes so these glasses were just what I needed. They come with a blue light tester which I tried on my regular and new glasses and the blue light glasses block 90% more light than my regular glasses. They fit well (I have a small face so they're hard to find) and can be adjusted to fit any face shape. Delivery was very quick and the price can't be beat. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone who spends a lot of time online.
