I would like to say that I am very disappointed because I bought a Samsung HMX-T10 camcorder from you and it came with a big problem. It hasn't worked properly since I bought it. I live in Brazil, so I have never contacted you. But now my brother is going to USA and I want to know what you could do for me to solve this problem. I have already taken the camcorder to a Samsung technical assistant here in Brazil and they said the problem is that the motherboard is not working properly. But here in Brazil they don't have my camcorder's motherboard because it was imported - I bought it from Revain. Now I am asking you what you can do about this problem because when I bought the product from you I thought it was in perfect condition. My brother will be arriving in the US on June 21st and will be staying for a week. Hopefully you could replace my camcorder or give another motherboard.
