The sound isn't worth $500, but it's cute.
My daughter had a Samsung Radiant 360 R 1 which sounded great so I was hoping this much larger and MUCH more expensive speaker would blow my mind. Not even close. Although base-heavy, it wasn't loud and the sound quality was uneven and cheap. I think I was looking for a grown up version of the R 1, but instead I got a stupid sad high school speaker system - and that for only $500! Good thing I still have my compact BOSE bed when I want it loud and clear.
