It has a bit of stretch to it; the skirt is flowy and the shoulders are wide enough to fit most people.Using the size chart and going by bust size, we ordered the XL for my teen. Usually, she wears a size 10. It fits her well, though the waist is a bit loose. We couldn't size down though because of the shoulders. Adding a belt will eliminate the problem at the waist.The fabric is soft, and the lace isn't scratchy. It's easy enough to close the single button by oneself, so you shouldn't need help getting closed up.It's also well made with no loose threads or sewing imperfections.5/5.
