I don't know if I received a return or if it's just a company that started sewing pants this way. I've used them 2 times in a row. One day at a time. Since Christmas. They've been in the laundry room and I've just noticed they have scratch marks on the back. It's crazy. The fabric is so thin that it looks worn. I should have checked, I just didn't think of it. I used champ before the hipsters and will try again if they don't keep sending used products.
