I like that it is easy for employees who are remote or traveling from different locations in our organization can easily communicate with each other via this software without having any issues of disconnecting due to network problems etc.
Sometimes there might be some delays when sending messages but overall not much has been reported by users so far. It would definitely help if they could improve their customer support services as well because sometimes you get stuck while trying to resolve your queries which makes things quite difficult at times! We use ribbon mainly within my team since we have several people working remotely across multiple time zones (India & US). This helps us stay connected even though one person may leave early/go home earlier than others during work hours.
